Passion Isn't the Starting Point

Passion doesn’t just show up.
The job won’t hand it to you.
The project won’t magically make you care.
It’s already in there and the work just gives you a chance to dig it up.
And when mistakes happen — because they will — you don’t treat them like you screwed up.
You feel them, you learn from them, and you get sharper because of them.
And if you’re still having a hard time finding it?
Start with caring.
Care about the cut, the line, and the person on the other end — the one you're serving.
Then get moving because care and action uncover passion, never the other way around.
